The broker can't win! A SSB broker provided his Jersey girl customer with a full servicing, including a baby, and she's still not satisfied. Seems she wanted her stocks to rise too. Apparently the firm has a training school where they teach "know your client."

Sad morning. Some guy tried to scale our building, Williams Tower, and either fell or jumped at about the 30th floor. The police had the area cleared and nobody else was hurt. The rest of the day should be much less intense.
