Joe, there's a 50/50 chance that you'll win the lottery too. Ken, I like SURE for a quick toss. If it doesn't work out, hold it. Quiet period for Canadian decision isn't too far out. I like the action on CLGY today. Usually a little sweep indicates news is imminent. Hey, there's a 50/50 chance that there's going to be news on CLGY. Either they have news or they don't = 50/50! WOW! Crossy...on avg. state's are currently devoting about 20% of their budget to medicaid reimbursement.
