ORBT Has continued its slow rise on low volume.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com It is selling above book, but still around 0.6 of sales and with a P/E of 9.5 Ttoday it announced that its Power Unit Segment, Behlman Electronics, has received a development order for $100,000 from the United States Marine Corps for a portable frequency converter intended for use in harsh battlefield conditions.
