I'm glad no offense is taken. I prefer to trust first, but had to wonder. The loan was backed by intellectual property rights of Fonix. So far as I've seen, it is no longer secured thusly, as stockholders approved the issuance of more diluting shares for financing, at the meeting in July. You'd previously speculated that the sales were likely indicative of the owners desire to get out, and I had to wonder what you really knew. It's the wild wild web, and I'll perhaps never know for sure. :-) I still can't help you with the failure of this stuff to run for you, I'm no whiz. Dan B
