same timeframe as oracle hitting the 4's

I was merely making an observation that Dell was once in the doghouse along with oracle and other techs in the early 90s... not really arguing about whether it was a "penny stock". Imo the sentiment regarding dell at that time was about as negative as many "pennies" today (itwo comes to mind)

On July 1 stock low was .21.
