Tench Re...But with the North becoming further isolated, even from former allies like China and Russia, I think it's safe to pull out American troops eventually. Toward that goal, I'd support a timetable for withdrawal, combined with a clearly outlined Asian policy making it clear to the North that America will still defend her allies.

Good answer, however, with the announcement the other day of China and Russia joining us in the nuclear dispute, how much of a threat can N. Korea be without her allies. Wouldn't it be time to lower troops down to a insignificant number, say 5000, enough for a tripwire, but not enough to antagonize the local population.
