It's hardly a social service....

But if you have a weapon and you neighbor's kid gets killed with it while your kid was showing it to him, can you be sued?
Should you go to jail for negligent homicide? Would you leave the neighborhood to protect yourself from your neighbor?
If it were my kid that died you would.....

The Supreme Court has ruled that police DO NOT have the duty to protect individuals.

Couldn't even if they tried. Even in the most repressive police states there is still crime.

If you call the police and they get there too late, can you sue them?
