"Natural rights are not granted by the Constitution."

Do you then have a natural right to live in a civilized society? A society that governs itself by laws and a constitution? I don't think you do unless you agree to abide by such conditions....

What the hell are "natural rights?" That argument is a concoction of right-wing extremists and religious zealots to justify alot more than your "right" to own a gun. When did "natural law" first exist? Before guns existed? Who defines what is or is not a "natural right?"

Your "natural law" is used to justify some extremist legal positions that say you can do anything you want with your property even if it pollutes another's, that the government has no right to preserve national parks for the enjoyment of all, and it is the philosophical underpinning of Chapter 11 of the NAFTA agreement that would allow, say, a Canadian company to sue American states or even municipalities for creating environmental protection statutes because they "interfere" with their "right" to profits. And by the way that is exactly what is happening. Your "natural right" agument is already being used to undermine the soveriegnty of nations for the benfit of privately held corporations in search of profit. Now just when the hell did God tell you this was the way things should be?
