Imperial Sugar (IPSU.OB) filed yet another Form-4 (Insider Transaction) filed with SEC Edgar (www.sec.gov). This time Darrel Swank acquired 20k shares for $1.35. Couldn't yet decipher whether he bought on the open market or converted options.. The entry was filed with the SEC Dec 9th..

BTW: think you were right that I was too shy about IPSU's potential. Me thinks the upcoming 10K will provide clues whether we got a $10 stock in front of us..

I would suggest to look for :

1) how much above or below the book value both transactions (sale of Wyoming/Montana milling plants) and the DCB sale took place

2) The retroeffective impact of a timely (this calendar year) repayment of the longterm debt. According to bank agreement, the principal was raised in exchange for covenants waived but IPSU would receive a reverse payment if they succeeded in paying back the term loan timely.

3) Write-offs resulting from closure of IPSU's Texas Plant

4) Current book value and additional narrative details..

IPSU climbing further .. $3.25

and no one wants to sell for 3.25 - too bad ? Isnt' it ? Ask is climbing to $3.30. Resistance level at $3.50 - beyond that the chart is clear until $5-6 level..

cheers
