just the fact that we are exchanging posts about this non-event and there is a website out there asking if the judgement was fair is the issue I'm trying to put forth though.

It makes it look like there is no fairness in the LA justice system, the judges are so biased and starstruck that everything they do is geared to generate some sort of public reaction... ie "we have to do this otherwise people will think blah blah blah"
