Ben, good point, but come to think of it, they've already been implemented ... stock options and the rest are really just negative dividends by another name, it seems. <g>

i got paid a negative dividend just this week.
was short INTC, which apparently paid a dividend, so i wound up shelling out $100 to some person who bought my short shares.
anyone know where i put this on my tax return?
