Here are some of the verses from the hadith.

The Hadith
Hadith are stories about Muhammad. There were several collections made by Muslims. I use the greatly revered collection by al-Bukhari. Some of these stories show that Muhammad had beliefs which are very strange to Western minds.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you on the whole. I just think Islam is more susceptible to being abused. That's where the hurdle is, getting past that reading. Getting past Islam's "fire and brimstone" period.
