Stephen O,
What is the story on the tax situation? How will it help?
Tom

Stephen,

IMO, I do not think the tax situation is not the show stopper at the moment. With the right to appeal this thing will drag on for a few more years. BHK does not have it on its book as a potential liability and when they do, It will likely be much less than the $6 millions the town is claiming. One more reason to keep BHK in the speculation category. Still a spec that make sense.

<<they have had a strike at the mine site in Nicaragua so they lost some production. >>

Strike was well known. However I was not aware of a "Tax situation" with Lynn Lake. Where can I find more info?

You think the loss in production was enough to delay getting the hedges out of the way?
