Interesting letter.
Forward thinking.

But, I'm not sure we could survive economically with being the
world's farm stand. I suppose this is one of the reasons
why it appears we are out to take control of the world's
oil supply.

This appears to be a war on Iraq but in reality it might
just be the early innings or early planning before some
sort of economic confrontation with China.

How will the US survive economically if we are just a
nation of consumers and don't produce anything besides
vegetables and meat.

I understand it's part of a natural cycle where one dynasty
falls while another grows. How much will we fight it?
How ugly will it get in this Nuclear Age?

Not a good way to start my Monday morning...

Will a great depression be the only thing that will allow
our country to compete in production?
