Interesting quote, but in this instance we really have been attacked. When talk of war with Iraq started I was instinctively opposed, but as time went on I realized I simply don't know enough to make an assessment. I'm ambivalent now. Maybe Saddam is a real threat or maybe he's just a local gangster, I have no idea....
