CB, Our blood lines are pretty close. I am Irish, Welsh, English, German, and French, but my two Indian tribes are the Mohawk, and Seneca. Tribal affiliations are still important for the teaching of each culture to the newer generations, but almost all of the tribes have joined in sort of brotherhood for the benefit of all tribes.

I lived for a year in Tahlequah, and got to know a lot of the Cherokee. They are, now, in the process of buying back all the land that the white men stole from them during the Cimmaron(sp?) land rush, and early oil exploration.
