Re: Bread. A friend of mine bought his wife a bread making machine last year. She found a recipe for bacon bread that sliced hot and slathered with butter he couldn't resist. After 30 days of gaining a pound a day there was no more bacon bread made except if the loaf went to his son. His son competes in and wins a lot in the Ironmen Triathlete competitions and burns a lot of calories.
