I love owls. Used to nest in the trees by our old house. Used to love to listen to them in bed at night. Lots of Bald Eagles around now. Standing on the dock at the in-law's place in Wisconsin, all of a sudden the sun dims out, look up, see a giant black shape gliding right over your head. Gives ya goose ( eagle ) bumps. Last spring up at our Canada shack, bout 3 weeks before ice out, a pair was building a nest out on the point. Was sort of surprise, thought they came north with the break up.
