Great thread idea, Len! I'm saddened to learn of Phillip Berragan's passing. He was a great man of the right kind of influence. The Berrigan priest brothers were a tremendous source of strength for me during those difficult and conflicting days of the Vietnam War. No doubt the peaceful path of my own life, my own embrace of pacifism are rooted from the examples they set and the courage of their actions on behalf of humankind.
