Makes sense to me. Although it may be conventional wisdom that Iraq will be resolved easily, there could be a very significant war premium on oil and natural gas prices that isn't fully appreciated. If resolution of Iraq causes oil prices to head down from this $25-30 range to the $18-22 range again, it would have a very stimulative effect on the economy and should make for a good market for 2003.
