Again..you're reading that I'm beating up on the states. I'm not. I posted an article. Don't forget Laz...the thread is predominantly aimed at Cdn's. Most Americans don't know who Jean Chretien is. Right?
Furthermore re: your cold war. Did the US win or did the Soviets just implode in upon themselves? IN any event to answer your question directly......if there was a winner of course we're glad it was the West that won
