Rats or Hamilinese You raise an interesting point. Why do we come here, what do we see, how do we interpret it and what effect does it have. Have you ever seen someone beside a thread holding up a sign saying "Will post for food ?" Doug AK has gone over to the MYNG thread and anyone reading his posts, including old thread engines like Cytotekk are confused. Doug AK can't quite make himself heard, I think if Doug AK does speak clearly he will damage himself, here is why. There may be people who might innocently stumble on a desert rat, I see Mazzarella is laying out paper on all the rat threads again, that guy should be long gone. Doug AK likely has people who read his posts who honestly believe that he is simply an odd duck who lost a chunk of money on the desert (d)ream, don't laugh, it could be true. Many people even today refuse to acknowledge they were scammed, they think that there might be a chance that one of these dreams is not a total scam. Doug AK's readers might buy that he bought the "rat rap" but there is no way he can add a belief in "flash goring from the evil ming" to his list of harmless quirks, that story is so well documented here that no amount of belief could induce credibility in any serious denizen of SI, the readers know it, Doug AK knows it. Who is piping, who is piped ?
