you know, i always thought it was only POS companies like Metris that had to resort to selling debt directly to J6P.

this is scary. J6P of course would think "yeah, Sears, they've been in business for 100 years, of course they're good for the money". this Intenotes program will likely be yet ANOTHER bounty for the plantiffs bar in a couple of years.
