I have not been Bullish all of the last 3 years. If I had, I would not have been up for 2000 and 2001 in Rydex and my equity returns for the year.

In 2002, I have been wrong more often than right, but the jury is still out going into the summer/fall 2003 where I said the market would be significantly higher from Jan 2002. You know - the Melt-Up.
