Why? It's simple. Microsoft--today--is not the Microsoft of the late 80's and 90's when they also traded at 25 to 30 times free cash flow and sported a price earnings multiple of 50 times earnings for almost that whole span of time.

It's our belief Qualcomm is no where near maturity--which is not as easy to say about Microsoft. What I'm suggesting is people might be willing to pay what they did for Microsoft then, for Qualcomm today.
