Hmm... this seems like something of a sound byte... Bill Harmond do you know what they are talking about here- is this related on online shopping/ banking etc. or ?

this is not consistent with-

I think e-commerce is going to have another ramp as soon as amzn's xmas figures get published. Most brick and mortar storefronts have a ways to go to really ramp, lots of companies aren't even online still.
