It doesn't look to be over-subscribed.

You need to take off those rose tinted lenses, Sarmad.
The buzz Friday on Wall Street was that the deal, consisting of 72.5 million shares, was meeting some resistance from institutional investors and that the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney, might have to price the deal at the bottom of the current pricing range of $13 to $15 a share.
