yeah - I agreed with your post about commercial national trends last week... I was thinking specifically around here (SV) that commercial might pick up. Something of a DCB though because there is more commercial real estate available than ever before. The thing about these PBs- is the little companies are still showing relative strength. I've decided thats my indicator for when we drop back into the brutal bear vs a correction (which is what I think this is still). sunw and a bunch of "dead" hw companies are still much higher on % terms than when the naz was here and going down into summer. I don't want to miss these bounces on the upside because they are so dramatic... 60% upside in a bunch of stocks if we rally... I'd hate to be out of that
