So your distinction between world conquest and regime change is not in what they are but in what they lead to.

By the way, I am not so sure that invasion of Iraq will be played out as you lay out, only as a change to "democratic principles". For example, are you denying that US oil companies will get huge contracts where, at present, they have none?

And do not forget the thousands of civilians that will die. What about their "individual rights"?
