re the pension monies. they are invested now by the companies for the employees. the only difference is they will switch to self directed 401ks vs current pension funds and the employees will have the choice where they put it. lots of those folks are likely to put it in cash and get the fark out of the market IMO. that wont be good for the indexes

do you have the details about the "end to the bear" call?? something about foreigners having already dumped their loads??

I thought that was just an observation about September; was this not happening in the summer too?
I don't believe he called the end to the bear market...might have meant that the process has begun.
Might look for some of the actual comments.
(might have to search on yahoo message boards <g>)

According to this guy, the big drop happens when the foreign money exits...by March 2003. We have probably seen very little of that so far.
He might seem a bit of a "conspiracy theory" type but the idea makes sense....I think it is not about war..just the fear of losing money in a dollar bubble.
