The US is sitting on a huge pile of cash in search of yield. Everyone here likes to think it will go into gold, still others are thinking the party will continue in bonds....almost no one thinks real estate will continue it's trajectory except some deluded homeowners. Then there are stocks which everyone knows are lousy investments. I remember when everyone thought bonds were boring and gold was the world's worst investment.
