Zonder, A lot of people have had a passing or brief interest in an 'oil company'. As an example my brother has a degree in geology and once worked for an exploration company (during college). I also own mutual funds that have investments in these apparently evil entities called 'oil companies'. So if I were appointed to a position in Bush's government - I can see the NYT headline now -> 'Oil investor with family ties to Exxon appointed by Bush'. john@educatedinthewestsoiamevil.com
