Although it is dangerous to think this way with the juniors, I would venture to say there doesn't seem to be a lot of downside, especially if one thinks the POG will continue to rise or hold its own.

As you say, the threat of continuing dilution at these prices is problematical.

Some very interesting commentary in the letter to shareholders in the Prudent Bear Annual Report, especially with regard to potential ultimate lows in the DJIA (page 3).

Also some strongly-worded pejorative prose.

I have been sitting on a bunch and adding slowly partially at VT's suggestion; he has called it a hedge against a sudden surge in the POG. I think the finances must be weak so (as is often the case I guess), more equity is preferable to hedging their future. Apparently the recent news means the chances of someday cashing in our chips are growing brighter.
