All he needs to do is sneak up behind Chretien and shout "BOO!" The point is that Bush is being blamed for Chretien's spinelessness. If he can't handle a few cold shoulders from U.S. officials, he certainly won't have the spine to stand up for anything he believes in. And I believe he too thinks Bush is a "moron." Tenchusatsu
