Does anybody know whether a formal petition would be the appropriate avenue to request that the FDA provide free contemporaneous and archived streaming audio webcasts of ODAC meetings as a supplement to the transcripts that are provided only after lengthy delay? fda.gov I would be interested in any other categories of information that investors might be interested in obtaining from the FDA. Additionally, any input regarding FDA disclosure policy in general would be most welcome. If Peter &/or thread feels this is not the appropriate place for such an exchange, as it is somewhat off-topic, I would welcome your input via SI private message (pm). Thank you.
