You are right, there are actually two different Mitsubishi v. Ampex patent infringement cases out there. The only one with a written decision at the appellate level involves a case out of the Central District of California. I assumed this was the case to which Gus referred. The other one involves a case out of Delaware, in which there have been no published decisions. If this is the one to which Gus referred, I extend my apologies to him for my error and retract my comments.
