Oh, no. Knee surgery! Recovery is quick - at least I had no problem. Awkward - yes.

Go to Dr. Bramwell in Kirkland if you need surgery. He's one of the best in the area. Did a wonderful job on my ACL in Oct. Used to be the Husky Team Dr.

FYI - They don't "fix" a torn menicus. They take out the chunk that you ripped and then you have less "cushion " in your knee. Sometimes they go in and if it isn't too bad, they just leave it alone. I've had mine done twice. At 33, arthritis in already setting in. Cool huh.
