Yes, I noticed where Pete tried to off himself with the garage door. While I have no "first hand" experience with those garage door springs, I know someone who almost took his arm off on a DIY garage door spring job. I can sympathize with Pete! (I'm just waiting for the horror to die down so I can start giving him a hard time about his little escapade. LOL) I just returned to Houston from Aurora - got all my stuff out of the house and put it on the market. Seems that the housing market in that area is nuts right now - I don't know if its the low interest rates or the fact that they just keep building stuff and people keep buying it. Either way, since I don't really live in it anymore and it was sitting vacant I decided to take advantage of the premiums currently in effect and sell it. Bye bye snow shovels!!! LOL! ATML - I had my scoop out in the $1.50 range but didn't see it when it was in the $0.60 range. I'd have probably chickened out anyway thinking it was headed to $0.00. :^) Mike
