I shorted SYMC for a short time about the time Jorj did. I got got out the next day. I don't know how Jorj did, but I took a small loss.

are all here aware that the plural of dufus is "dufaii"?

As in, wait until the dufaii get done buying UAL

An important vocabulary tip I felt necessary to share (thanks to "who cares")

All these security companies are WAY overvalued

IMO not *all* of the "security companies" are overvalued.

From an article posted on another board:

"Government agencies and businesses are spending billions to reduce the chances of another terrorist attack on the scale of Sept. 11, 2001. Kiplinger's Personal Finance Magazine (1729 H St. NW, Washington, DC 20006) recently asked dozens of fund managers and analysts to identify some strong security companies whose growth potential still isn't reflected in their share prices. They got seven names: Armor Holdings, Check Point Software Technologies, ChoicePoint, Identix, Kroll, PEC Solutions, Polycom."

(I currently have a position in IDNX, and will probably add AH, and KROL.)
