I think the share price is OK. The problem is 2/3 of the IPO proceeds is going to the selling insiders - not the company. And there is another $4 Billion of stock that will be freed from lockup at some point. That is a lot of overhang. I wouldn't buy it.

I'd say that the advice that you have already given your partner plus the advice that Sarmad gave are much better than any advice he probably ever received from his broke stocker, err, I mean, stock broker. You might also inform him from me that the disk drive industry generally has its seasonal peak in the month of December. Surprise, surprise. <g>
