VIGN looks like it may be a play to 1.6ish

it signaled a trick today but didn't show on the auto trick (capt bruce must have the paste threshold at 97, first day was 96.75)

thanks for the analysis on ITWO.

next up might be IMCL. It was using the IL as support
and appears to be heading to the ACT..about 9.7-10.
