Sounds right. When he sued Barbara Simon, the plaintiff name was listed as Tim Luke Stefanich. I had no idea that he had met such an untimely and senseless end.

Yes, it's definitely Tim. Someone who knew his last name confirmed this.

The same person told me that he was a body-builder, and massive. If this is accurate, it's hard not to think of the possibility that steroids played a part in the ballistic episodes.

Bob Z: I don't get it, why is everyone so sure it was Time "Luke" Stefanich. Surely at least one of the folks here knew him or met him or at least have his phone number. Does anyone now how to contact Tim and VERIFY?

While it may turn out to be so, to jump to the conclusion Tim was killed committing a robbery just seems to me to be premature. Does anyone really know for sure?

Jenna might, if the lawsuit was for real, but isn't she missing in action as well...gg
