A B-17 is more my style, and I have taken a ride in one of them. It's one of the most memorable experiences of my life and I'll never forget a moment of it. Juneau Alaska on July 4, about 10 pm. I watched the sun going down from that little bay window behind the radioshack, the tail section silouetted against the sun. I dropped on the building where I work from the bombardier's position. We flew up the Mendenhall Valley towards the glacier. The pilot was taking pictures with a disposable camera. I kept thinking: "You can turn around now, any time." I thought I was going to make friends with some mountain goats when he put down the camera and made a long lazy turn back down the valley. I could see my house. It was lovely.

I love President Bush. I think he's the greatest, and he will go down as one of the greatest. That he flew a jet and his father flew off a carrier is just frosting on the cake.
