We still have the real market and the Nazdick casino it appears. KMB warns and look to be taken out back of the woodshed and beaten even though they will still earn at least .72 in the 4th quarter. INTC CEO says there is no recovery in site anywhere and they will likely end green today. The bear will not be over until the speculators are bankrupt.

Do you actually use any of that pi stuff in real life?
Currently, unfortunately not. Just twiddling bits for NASA's next space telescope.

I used to. I used to do R&D till the company I worked for was bought and R&D went quietly into the sunset.

You know those jpeg images used on the web? I was involved in part of the R&D that made them. They are based on Fourier series. Those use trigonometric functions- -sines and cosines. And THOSE things eat, drink, and breath pi.
Great stuff!
