Perhaps the US is putting NK and the rest of the nations who wish us harm that we ARE FINALLY paying attention. In any way possible, including via satellite!

It's possible that this is a private deal and that money is the only motive on the part of the seller. Whether the NK government was aware of the transaction or not is up for speculation. It could be a situation similar to the WDC terrorists. They bought stolen goods from someone interested only in profit. This kind of behavior is the largest threat to civilization imo. And yes, I think that there is much more to this than a simple interception of Scuds. M
