As a follow-up to your point: Rich German men are terrified of their wives.....most of rich Germans (European in general) are tax cheats.....but in Germany, they'll throw you in jail for tax evasion there. (unless you are Boris Becker) All the wives there have to do is threaten, "I'm divorcing you, taking half of your money and calling the Bundessteueramt (German tax office) on you!". Talk about leverage around Xmas gift buying time! g
