It's only about a level playing field. Since you support

corporate properties which are going to lead you into hell if they're not stopped - it's of course a concept totally foreign to you.

All Officer Friendly needs to do, as I've said 498 times

for the past 3 years is issue giudelines as to which scams are the "right" scams which will by default get away with murder forever and which scams are the wrong ones and get executed without any trial, judge, jury or sentence. I mean most people realize that being thrown abruptly out of a marketplace equals execution of a company. Scam or not. All sorts of deals fall apart.

Besides the real juicy part in the affair I'm talking about HAPPENED AFTER THE SEC GARBAGE THREW THIS CO. OUT OF THE MARKET.

And then it's a question of whether U.S. transfer agents and other entities to do with shares of U.S. PUBLIC COMPANIES are subject to U.S. securities laws. Last I checked the SEC garbage was at least required to pretend enforcing those laws. if they exist at all that is.
