Yes, I'll bet it does. BTW, I was thinking after I posted this, that for those of you in the south, I should mention that it was about 10 F. when I took the photo up on the lake (it's about 10 miles from my place). The winds were strong and blowing up snow devils that were swirling across the ice. The trip around the lake takes about 2 hours. When I started out, it was 30 F. and by the time I got back to where I started, it was at 10 F. We do get some radical weather up here when the winds swing around and start to blow out of the north.
