is the same thing could have been said at the valuation lows in '32 and '74, but the next secular bull markets didn't begin until the latter '40s and early '80s. And we're not yet at our valuation low.

While the focus of the article is IT, the bubble was a market phenomena. Thinking that the ride is over is a big mistake. If you think the ramp to the top of the roller coaster is the complete ride, your in for a surprise.
