Once again.....when I say OBL, I mean OBL and Al Qaeda.

Well, that's a different thing. While we may have failed to capture or kill Bin Laden, you can reasonably argue that our war on Al Queda has been unsuccessful.

It is a fact they are a difficult enemy, again, because of the organization's structure. Bush was clear up front this would be a war that would last ten or even tens of years. Thinking people realize this. It is not reasonable to think we will put our other vital national security interests on hold while we deal with it.

It is inconceivable to me that a person of reasonable intellect can't see this; therefore, I can only conclude that the liberals (that includes YOU) are using the war and 9/11 for their attempts at political gain.

Al Qaeda is the most serious threat to western civilization since Hitler.

1) Prove it.

2) If this is true, why did Clinton sit on his butt for 8 years?

I would say that communism was a worse threat, but Islamic fundamentalist terrorism (which includes Al-Qaida and more) is the worse threat since the end of the cold war.
